Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Total Rewards programs with HR leadership
- Oversee compensation and benefit programs, including incentive programs
- Lead HR projects and streamline HR operational processes
- Develop reporting and analytics framework for actionable insights
- Maintain Total Rewards communications strategy for transparency
- Drive competitive and cost-effective Total Rewards strategies
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary structure reviews
- Lead the annual and salary review processes
- Maintain job architecture design and strategy integration
- Provide oversight and vendor management for corporate travel program
- Support Head of Total Rewards in managing executive compensation programs
- Utilize reward tools to advance DEI objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of experience in Total Rewards
- Preferred professional designation, such as CCP
- Experience in managing and scaling Total Rewards programs
- Experience in designing and implementing compensation programs
- Experience managing benefit and retirement programs
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills
- Creative problem solver with strong organizational skills
- Strong business acumen and adaptability in changing environments
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Experience in global compensation and Total Rewards programs
- High EQ and change leadership skills
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication
