Responsibilities:
- Validate customer data/contracts in the TPM tool and collaborate with Sales to ensure timely process delivery.
- Manage trade budgets and support SDL to ensure spending aligns with guidelines.
- Collaborate with Business Partners and Sales on quarterly Trade Term reviews.
- Backup required CAS finance approvals.
- Support internal and external audits on Trade Fund Management.
- Deliver period-end closing in TPM tool, from GSV to NSV, including accrual management.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and internal controls on trade budgets.
- Support Trade Budget generation and volume to value planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Diversified financial management experience, including forecasting, planning, and accounting.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities.
- Full working proficiency in English.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Advanced Excel skills, basic SAP knowledge, and proficiency in Analysis for Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems.
