Training & Development Performance Consultant Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates and supports training, education, and development.
• Confers with management and team members to identify training needs.
• Develops teaching outlines and selects instructional methods.
• Participates in creating teaching aids and training materials.
• Conducts training sessions on various topics.
• Monitors trainee progress and maintains records.
• Produces training and quality assurance reports.
• Manages relationships with state training partners.
• Maintains and updates documents using MS Office.
• Ensures timely and accurate access approvals.
• Coordinates program and process reviews.
• Identifies areas for improvement and recommends new processes.
• Analyzes trends and escalates issues to management.
• Collaborates with Quality Assurance to maintain standards.
• Motivates and encourages team members.

Requirements:

• Colorado resident.
• 2+ years in contact center operations or related experience.
• 2+ years of training delivery experience (face-to-face and virtual).
• Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
• CBMS Training Certification (required within 6 months).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CBMS.
• Knowledge of adult learning models.
• Familiarity with Adobe CC, Articulate, and WordPress.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred experience in a start-up environment.
