Responsibilities:
- Empower educators to help students create successful futures.
- Deliver online training sessions, live and recorded.
- Conduct on-site training for clients with up to 50% travel.
- Facilitate multi-part virtual workshops.
- Collaborate with success managers, onboarding, and support staff.
- Develop outlines and brand-compliant training decks.
- Support evaluation training approaches and monitor metrics.
- Help create best-practices and improve training offerings.
- Stay updated on product and resource developments.
- Handle scheduling and administration of training sessions.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in public school or corporate training.
- Located in Northeast USA.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is an asset.
- Experience in SaaS or education tech (nice to have).
- Driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel across North America preferred.
