Travel Scheduling Agent at DOCS Health Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage and book all aspects of travel arrangements for clients
• Utilize Concur to ensure all travel arrangements meet company policies
• Monitor flight itineraries and make necessary changes
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding travel arrangements
• Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings, expenses, and reimbursements
• Audit time and expenses into company software and make necessary corrections
• Research and recommend cost-effective travel options to clients
• Stay up to date on travel industry trends and changes in regulations
• Communicate with vendors to ensure clients’ needs are met during travel

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred experience managing travel arrangements in a corporate setting
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with travel regulations and industry trends
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
