Coordinate cash management functions including daily cash position, transactions, deposits, and disbursements.
Responsible for cash flow and warehouse capacity reporting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with all compliance covenants and requirements.
Reconcile and coordinate various transactions such as securitizations and loan sales and purchases.
Recommend process improvements while establishing and maintaining a SOX-compliant environment.
Initiate wires, account transfers, and ACHs, ensuring payments and receipts are efficient and cost-effective.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and implement solutions to reconcile account differences and improve efficiencies through automation.
Execute wire transfers.
Work with lenders to ensure sufficient credit for day-to-day operations.
Reconcile loan sale proceeds.
Support ad-hoc finance projects and provide additional assistance to the accounting team when needed.

5+ years of related Treasury experience, preferably in the mortgage industry, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
Team player, customer-service oriented, with a strong work ethic.
Self-reliant with the ability to manage time, deadlines, and attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience in mortgage software products is preferred but not required.
