Responsibilities:
- Text-based communication with students on Discord.
- Validate AI bot answers and correct if necessary.
- Report feedback on the AI bot’s performance.
- Respond to student questions in Direct Messages.
- Proactively assist students as requested by the team.
Requirements:
- Communicate 5 days a week, 9am-9pm CST.
- Good level of written English for clear communication.
- Structure thoughts and enjoy helping people.
- 2+ years of cybersecurity professional experience.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity fundamentals and tools.
- Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts.
- Patience and empathy for beginners in the field.
- Active participant in cybersecurity communities.
