UI/UX Designer at COURE Full Time

Responsibilities

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, personas, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets, search buttons.
• Translate business and user requirements into design systems, design patterns, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
• Conduct demo sessions to present designs to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and surveys.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
• Oversee all design stages, from concept to final hand-off.
• Stay up to date on the latest standards, changes, and trends in the design field.

Requirements

• A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• 1 – 3 years experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Experience and up-to-date knowledge with design software and wireframe tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Experience in designing B2B solutions.
• Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with development teams.
