UK Market BDR Full Time

Description:

• Generate and qualify as many leads as possible for the UK market.
• Engage, educate, and convince Heads of Talent Acquisition (TA) that AssessFirst is the solution to their problems.
• Identify prospects by independently implementing prospecting strategies (using techniques such as cold calling, emailing, social selling, inbound marketing, and events).
• Engage leads to understand their needs and build their Talent Management projects with AssessFirst.
• Arrange qualified meetings for the Account Executives, and support them through to lead conversion.
• Gather leads at HR events.
• Test and suggest prospecting tools: Autonomously search for and test new methods and sales channels.
• Qualify as many business opportunities as possible to exceed targets.
• Follow up on leads until they convert.
• Enhance AssessFirst’s presence in the market.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Based in the UK.
• Driven by competition and motivated to exceed objectives.
• Energetic and maintains high engagement levels with prospects.
• Loves automation and seeks ways to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Proactive, taking initiative to explore new approaches and improve KPIs.
