Description:
- Generate and qualify as many leads as possible for the UK market.
- Engage, educate, and convince Heads of Talent Acquisition (TA) that AssessFirst is the solution to their problems.
- Identify prospects by independently implementing prospecting strategies (using techniques such as cold calling, emailing, social selling, inbound marketing, and events).
- Engage leads to understand their needs and build their Talent Management projects with AssessFirst.
- Arrange qualified meetings for the Account Executives, and support them through to lead conversion.
- Gather leads at HR events.
- Test and suggest prospecting tools: Autonomously search for and test new methods and sales channels.
- Qualify as many business opportunities as possible to exceed targets.
- Follow up on leads until they convert.
- Enhance AssessFirst’s presence in the market.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Based in the UK.
- Driven by competition and motivated to exceed objectives.
- Energetic and maintains high engagement levels with prospects.
- Loves automation and seeks ways to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Proactive, taking initiative to explore new approaches and improve KPIs.
