- Communicate and report to the team leader.
- Adhere to dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Native in Ukrainian.
- Minimum of 1+ years of over-the-phone interpretation experience.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology.
- Awareness of legal terminology is a plus.
- International certifications in the healthcare industry (e.g., PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA) are a plus.
- High school diploma in the native language.
- High emotional intelligence and tolerance to different cultures.
- Strong communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
