UX Designer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product designers, managers, and cross-functional partners
• Design new features and enhancements from start to finish
• Shape the overall design and product direction at StarTree
• Develop low-fidelity wireframes to communicate design options
• Create high-quality prototypes and visuals for StarTree products
• Engage in user research to refine products and improve user experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience shipping larger-scale B2B software products
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong fundamentals in complex interaction design problems
• Proficient with Figma and other design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• A portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Great communication and storytelling skills
• Self-starter with ability to work effectively in teams
