Responsibilities:
- Understand the company’s platform to effectively identify research opportunities and target appropriate audiences.
- Build and field studies for prototypes and other designs for websites, apps, and digital experiences, considering the journey of end users.
- Coordinate survey launches with partners and monitor progress for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space.
- Knowledge and experience across a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys.
- Understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis.
- Proficiency with building surveys on Qualtrics, creating screener questions for specific audience targeting.
- Proficiency with HubSpot Service Hub or similar tools such as ZenDesk.
- Experience with Userlytics and Figma preferred but not required.
