Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and account research to understand customers’ circumstances
- Plan and facilitate virtual or onsite consulting engagements
- Analyze business processes and identify/quantify business problems
- Recommend a roadmap for improvements and deliver TCO & ROI analyses
- Enable Account Executives by providing compelling investment logic
Requirements
- Relevant experience in enterprise software sales, business development, or consulting
- Communicate business value at various stages of the sales cycle
- Strategic mindset to understand value drivers from a customer’s perspective
- Experience with customer account research and formulating account strategies
- Proficient in active listening, building relationships, and identifying challenges
- Experience leading workshops and eliciting customer needs and opportunities
- Familiarity with financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and business case metrics
