Vehicle Finance Performance Manager Full Time

Summary:

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is seeking a Vehicle Finance Performance Manager to join their retail team in the North West region. This role focuses on working with Toyota and Lexus Centre partners to drive finance and retention business plans, enhancing customer experience and achieving financial goals. Responsibilities:

  • Build value with Toyota & Lexus partners, agreeing Finance & Retention business plans to demonstrate the added value to their business and customers.
  • Use the TBP approach to identify specific Centres for deep dive/consultancy to improve Finance and Retention performance.
  • Work with partners to understand the value of proactively managing the finance renewal process and ensure they have sufficient processes to maximize opportunities.
  • Hold quarterly reviews with senior management to review Finance, Retention, and Oversight performance data and agree on remedial actions.
  • Escalate Oversight concerns to Dealer Senior management and TFS/LFS management as required.
  • Build strategic relationships with Dealer Senior Management.
  • Take a One Toyota approach by collaborating with Finance Renewals Managers and TGB Sales Performance Managers to develop Dealer Network performance holistically.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the vehicle sales process.
  • Knowledge of all consumer finance products.
  • Understanding of consumer credit regulation.
  • Sales experience in the motor vehicle environment.
  • Good standard of English and Maths.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
  • Ability to build relationships at Senior levels.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Outward mindset with strong negotiation skills.
