Summary:

AHV Deutschland GmbH, part of AHV International, seeks a Verkaufsberater/Regionalleiter Rind im Außendienst (m/w/d) to enhance animal health solutions for dairy farmers. The role involves advising farmers and promoting innovative products within a 150 km radius of the candidate’s residence. AHV leads in quorum sensing-based health solutions, supporting sustainable farming practices globally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide intensive, sustainable consultation and support to existing customers in the field of dairy production.
• Share responsibility for regional market development and serve as the contact person for farmers.
• Advise and sell innovative AHV products to improve animal health (primarily dairy cattle) based on the AHV supply concept.
• Organize product training and product presentations for customers.
• Participate in and organize relevant agricultural industry events (e.g., trade fairs, farm information days).
• Undertake various tasks as needed, depending on the evolving role within the company and general business objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in agricultural sciences or comparable training in agriculture.
• Feel at home in agriculture and have a passion for competent consulting; sales experience is advantageous.
• Committed to the development of agricultural businesses and maintaining close contact with farmers.
• Enthusiastic about innovative products and the new solution approach, with a strong affinity for working with livestock.
• Strong self-organization, motivation, independence, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Possession of a Class B driver’s license.
• Fluent in German; good English skills are advantageous.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) (preferred).
