Summary:

BruntWork is recruiting for Secret Spa, a luxury mobile beauty/wellness app serving UK cities, seeking a remote VIP Client Concierge to provide premium support for celebrity clients using Zendesk/Notion.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver white-glove service via phone/email/chat/WhatsApp for VIPs.

• Exercise discretion when enforcing policies with high-profile clients.

• Manage complex booking coordination and rescheduling.

• Cultivate lasting client relationships with anticipatory service.

• Facilitate celebrity/PR requests with beauty professionals.

• Resolve complaints with emotional intelligence.

• Thrive in high-pressure situations with demanding clients.

• Maintain operational logs and administrative records.

• Master 100+ spa treatment offerings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in luxury concierge/customer success (supervisory preferred).

• Native-level English communication skills.

• Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.

• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking.

• Zendesk/Notion/Excel proficiency required.

• Availability for rotating shifts (7am-10pm GMT).

• Meticulous attention to detail under pressure.

• Beauty/wellness interest advantageous.
