Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist (PhD/PsyD/EdD, MA license required) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage psychiatric assessments and treatment virtually through brief psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Participate in rounds with psychiatric consultants and care managers.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations to support short-term disability certifications.
• Provide education and consultation to behavioral health care managers and primary care providers.
• Oversee referrals to specialty mental health services and ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with national behavioral health providers to enhance skills across the company.
• Work closely with Virtual Medical Directors, Clinical Operations Team, and the National Director of Virtual Behavioral Health Services.

Requirements:

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) with active Massachusetts license.
• One year of post-licensure experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy.
• Experience providing brief, goal-directed, and focused clinical services.
• Exceptional multitasking capacity, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Fluency in English (Spanish or Chinese fluency preferred).
• Reside within the USA or US Territories with a HIPAA-compliant private workspace.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapies and measurement-based care.
• Eligible for credentialing with Health System Partner.
• Virtual psychotherapy experience preferred.
