The Visual Designer will manage marketing assets and contribute to shaping the visual identity of the company.

Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, educational materials, and digital platforms (Ads, brochures, email headers, etc.).
Templatize marketing assets to ensure a quick turnaround time.
Spearhead the development and refresh of Interview Kickstart’s visual identity.
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive UI design system.
Design graphics/illustrations for use within the UI to enhance user engagement and support brand identity.
Take full ownership of projects from conception to final execution, ensuring quality and consistency across all visual elements.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
4-5 years of experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in graphic/visual design, branding strategy, and some UI experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other relevant software.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
A proactive, creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to understand users’ needs and design accordingly.
Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into designs.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Bonus: experience with video editing and/or motion graphics software (Lottie, Rive).
Preferably from Edtech, Ecommerce, or Consumer Tech.
