Summary:
- This is a remote position with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Denver time.
- The role involves brand and identity design, website design, UX/UI design, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and communication with clients.
- Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and others are used for design tasks.
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio and 2 years of professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of the brand across all mediums.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs aligned with brand identity.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, apps, or digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform usability testing to improve user experience.
- Stay updated with modern design trends and UX/UI best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling designs.
- Present design concepts and iterations effectively to clients and team members.
- Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms to execute high-quality designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in design roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in brand and identity design, website design, and UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, website design, and UX/UI projects.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current design trends and ability to adapt to evolving design technologies and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
