Responsibilities:
- Drive partner strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage a small direct team and provide leadership to partner-facing roles in the field teams.
- Acquire new high-value partners in Germany, Spain, and Sweden.
- Redesign channel programs to optimize resource allocation and ROI.
- Foster partner retention by improving Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Implement processes to prioritize customer retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to accelerate partner pipelines.
- Establish clear reporting mechanisms to track partner performance.
- Develop tools, playbooks, and processes to streamline partner engagement.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a channel leadership position.
- 10+ years in channel sales, strategic sales, or business development, with a proven ability to grow partner ecosystems.
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
- Ability to design, implement, and scale partner management processes.
- Strong understanding of global partnerships and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic targets.
- Strong analytical, financial, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced communication skills in English; German proficiency is preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to engage with partners and internal teams.
