VP Clinical Operations North America Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Clinical operational activities.
• Drive completion and delivery of services.
• Manage Clinical Director and Associate Director teams.
• Work with functional heads on operational deliveries.
• Manage resourcing, training, and functional delivery.
• Lead service execution, customer satisfaction, and quality.
• Manage budgeting (P&L accountability).
• Provide financial oversight for clinical activities.
• Support regional team to deliver a high performing culture.
• Oversee Clinical monitoring activities to achieve metrics.
• Communicate with SVP and leaders on business growth.
• Represent Alira Health in executive meetings.
• Collaborate with Business Development for regional growth.
• Develop key client relationships and participate in committees.
• Work with CRA monitoring and Study start-up activities.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Create a culture of process improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of Clinical Development experience.
• 10+ years of international CRO experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial requirements.
• Experience in client oversight and management.
• Proven leadership and organizational management skills.
• Strong business practice understanding for project management.
• Strong planning, strategizing, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make sound independent decisions.
• Self-motivated and driven.
