VP, Controller Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership of accounting, business ops.
• Ensure integrity of accounting and financial reporting.
• Instill a performance culture with efficient processes.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
• Own the debt compliance process and financial reporting.
• Stay updated on relevant technical accounting topics.
• Ensure compliance with taxes and work with providers.
• Manage annual audit and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and execute financial strategies.
• Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• 12+ years of financial leadership experience.
• Big 4 or public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience leading and developing teams globally.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and financial software tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience setting up international operations.
• SAAS and Payments experience is valued.
