Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the long-term retention marketing strategy, setting key performance indicators, developing actionable roadmaps, and aligning with business objectives.
- Architect end-to-end customer retention journeys, utilizing segmentation, personalized communications, and relevant content.
- Oversee analysis of customer data, behavioral insights, and market trends to optimize retention efforts.
- Implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product, sales, analytics, and technology teams to ensure marketing strategies are supported by the appropriate tools and initiatives.
- Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance retention efforts.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing retention marketing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and uphold AmeriSave’s brand integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, customer lifecycle management, or CRM, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success in data-driven retention strategies within financial services, mortgage, or fintech.
- Strong skills in analytics, segmentation, predictive modeling, and personalized marketing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and adjust to changing priorities.
