Minimum of 10 years experience in Product Management, with 5 years in a leadership role
Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies for executive management
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to distill complex ideas
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including SQL query experience
