Pathward, N.A. is a financial empowerment company dedicated to expanding financial inclusion. The VP, Revenue Due Diligence will develop and lead compliant, market-driven credit programs that align with business goals while mitigating risk, working across internal teams and fintech partners.
Utilize expertise to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and industry guidance in a market-driven and risk-informed way.
Design compliant and competitive credit programs that meet evolving market demands.
Apply understanding of regulatory frameworks to guide leaders in developing products with optimal risk-return profiles.
Collaborate with fintech partners and internal teams to design compliant solutions for new products and customer engagements.
Partner with Enterprise Risk Management and Credit Administration to implement and refine credit programs.
Act as an advisor to business leaders, providing actionable regulatory insights to guide product development.
Monitor regulatory changes to ensure credit programs remain compliant with domestic and international regulations.
Develop and maintain best practices for applying regulations in line with business strategy.
Use data analytics to assess credit program performance and identify emerging risks.
Apply insights from market data and trends to enhance program design and risk management.
Lead continuous improvement of credit programs to adapt to market shifts while maintaining compliance.
Provide training and share knowledge to elevate understanding of regulatory frameworks and business alignment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 12 years of related experience.
10 years of experience in consumer, commercial, credit, or partner solutions risk management or financial product design.
Strong understanding of credit program design, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations such as Basel III and Dodd-Frank.
Analytical and data interpretation skills to assess impact of regulatory changes on credit products.
Ability to develop strategies that balance risk management with business needs.
