VRF Area Account Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Commercial VRF product sales and growth
• Develop and manage joint growth strategies with Distribution, Reps, DSOs, and CSGM
• Support distribution, DSOs, and Reps to meet their sales targets
• Train the sales channel on VRF and marketing programs
• Assist the sales channel to ensure satisfied customers
• Identify product gaps, develop solutions, and work with Product Management to address them
• Examine marketing and sales statistics to identify opportunities and devise strategies
• Build consultative relationships and trust with distribution, DSOs, and Reps
• Responsible for several components of a project or a complex component of a larger project
• Contribute to the team or department by applying knowledge of functional areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience within the HVAC industry
• Valid Driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Sales experience with distributors and proven ability to meet requirements (preferred)
• Knowledgeable about VRF products (preferred)
• Thorough understanding of market dynamics and competitors (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (preferred)
• Strong public speaking and communication skills (preferred)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail (preferred)
