Web/Graphic Designer for Marketing activities Full Time

Our Marketing Department is willing to hire a dedicated Web/Graphic Designer for marketing activities such as website design with marketing thinking, presentations, event posters etc.

Responsibilities:

      • Website Design with Marketing Focus:
      • Design interfaces for our company website.
      • Create website banners, landing pages, and other elements that support marketing campaigns and promotions.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand website analytics and user behavior to inform future design decisions.
      • Marketing Collateral Creation:
      • Collaborate with the other departments and design presentations for sales pitches, conferences, and internal meetings.
      • Develop eye-catching posters, flyers, and other marketing materials for events, trade shows, and product launches.
      • Create engaging social media graphics, infographics, and email marketing templates.
    • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure all design elements – from website to presentations – adhere to our company’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the brand style guide.

Mandatory requirements:

    • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Web/Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, marketing collateral, and presentation design skills.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Solid understanding of marketing best practices and how design can contribute to achieving marketing goals.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and other departments.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Self-organized. It means nobody should ask you “what is the status?”, YOU should tell it 😉
    • Conversational English level. You’ll work in multicultural team.

Optional requirements:

    • Experience with Adobe After Effects. It would be a great plus.
    • Experience with User Interface Design principles.
    • Experience with analytics tools.
    • A strong understanding of the IT industry and its target audiences.
