Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers on creative concepts.

• Implement automated SEO strategies.
• Optimize site structure for AI-driven search.
• Manage CMS integration and updates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot site performance.
• Set up analytics using Google tools.
• Ensure compliance with web standards.
• Analyze user behavior and improve conversions.
• A/B test landing pages and CTAs.
• Stay updated on web development trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Webflow.
• Strong coding skills (language of choice).
• Understanding of UX/UI design.
• Experience with automated SEO solutions.
• Proficient in analyzing website metrics.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work in a remote team.
• Familiarity with AI-based technologies.
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
