Responsibilities:
- Work independently on data projects for large industrial clients like Bosch, Porsche, and Airbus, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to create immediate customer value.
- Increase data quality for clients, contributing to the Golden Layer by improving material master data and bills of materials.
- Assist the Customer Success team in resolving user issues and shaping the future of production.
- Support the team by conducting research on spare parts and product data, preparing data, and creating presentations.
- Contribute to the internal development of the Golden Layer, a central data interface for SPARETECH’s software.
- Drive internal process improvements and automation for enhanced quality standards.
Requirements:
- Passion for inspiring customers with innovative software and reshaping the digital spare parts world.
- Love working with (product) data.
- Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
- Basic knowledge of a technical or economic field of study.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum availability of 16 hours per week.
- Fluent in German and very good in English.
