Summary:
gocomo GmbH, a data-driven tech company in influencer marketing, is offering a Werkstudent:in Community Management role. This position allows you to manage community engagement, support influencer marketing efforts, and ensure outstanding customer care. You’ll be an integral part of a growing startup and have the opportunity to directly influence company projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for community management and product care on gocomo buzz, acting as the central voice for customers.
- Support in influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC).
- Ensure excellent customer care during projects, exceeding expectations.
- Create and present regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor project quality and efficiency to maintain high standards.
- Regular reporting to Key Account Manager and Director buzz to improve team communication.
Requirements:
- Ongoing studies in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communication) with high motivation to gain practical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to actively network and build relationships.
- Solid knowledge of social media, particularly TikTok, and enthusiasm for current trends.
- Structured and detail-oriented work style with a strong commitment to quality.
- Strategic and analytical skills to push projects forward; experience in interpreting and utilizing financial data and KPIs.
- Strong service mentality and the drive to exceed customer expectations.
