Responsibilities:
- Review merchant transaction details and make decisions.
- Monitor daily reports and resolve chargeback issues.
- Recommend accounts for termination as needed.
- Investigate accounts to identify risks and fraud.
- Perform periodic risk-based merchant reviews.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 1 to 3 years in risk management experience.
- Knowledge of risk schemes and detection tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Industry certification like CAMS or ETA CPP preferred.
