Responsibilities:
- Provide email and Zoom support to customers.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
- Engage in automation and development tasks.
- Document solutions for Knowledge Base.
- Liaise between users and Product teams.
Requirements:
- 1+ years in data engineering or 2+ in support.
- Proficiency in GitHub, Kubernetes, Python.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, SQL, NoSQL.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
