With over 16 years of extensive experience in multinational corporations with different customer-centric professions, including 7 years in key HR roles at one of the world’s largest oil and energy companies, nearly 4 years of technical and administrative support for a Canadian local internet service provider, and 7 years in credit & collections for a global IT-distributor, Australian mortgage, and American mortgage companies, I am determined and very excited to be part of your organization.

With a strong background in business process outsourcing (BPO)/shared services and a proven track record of delivering exceptional communication and customer service, I am proud to have accomplished milestones in my career which are measured through set key performance indicators and annual performance reviews. I am humbled by the good 360 feedback and outstanding performance ratings I received from my line managers and will definitely carry it on to my next employment.
