I have studied Computer engineering for five semesters and Anthropology for eight semesters at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí.

I have the Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, I know how to make use of tools like Google Suite (Spreadsheets, Docs, Meet, Drive) and information technologies, I am Experienced in using Zendesk, customer service software and Customer Relationship Management systems
