Front-End Developer | FasTrax PoS 2023-2024

Led maintenance & development of SaaS BrightSign media player in-store displays running videos & slideshows using React JavaScript / TypeScript front-end running on Node.js server, Express middleware, Roku BrightScript, and Docker integrated with FasTrax Control Center and BSN Cloud to provide remote software and media updates.

Led feature development to consolidate over 600 product settings from separate tabs and pages to single interface with keyword-based search and filtering. Develop new API endpoints and controllers in Laravel to receive and process incoming queries and updates to MySQL database. Create view and JavaScript to build DOM elements for setting descriptions and multiple setting types including text inputs, WYSIWYG editors, range sliders, and more, as well as business logic to track updated settings, revert changes, and convert them to JSON with authentication for submission to Laravel API endpoints.

Improved speed and accessibility and implemented features and bug fixes for FasTrax Control Center SaaS product and dashboard for managing inventory, point of sale, ecommerce, and customer loyalty through JavaScript, PHP Laravel, and MySQL development and debugging.
