About Me

I have been employed in the insurance industry for more than 13 years, and I worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst-1 in the Operation and Planning department at Intact Insurance’s Toronto Office. Being an Analyst and a member of the OPS & Planning team, my duties include managing all vendor portlets (CQ, PQ, and IQ) and handling PLSR and projects; with understand customer needs and defining scope for different projects and assignments for every province in Canada. Great understanding of the internal corporate systems, such as Contact, Halcion, and Savers. Currently, I manage projects requirements gathering with various stakeholders by using latest techniques and system knowledge with the Intact Personal and Casualty insurance by leveraging my understanding of JavaXML, JIRA, MDM Calculator, Matrix, SoapUi, ConnectUI, and other systems as needed. Handle all vehicle identification number (VIN).
