About Me

I have been working ever since I was of legal age. I have always been extremely driven and feel i have a great work ethic. I put my all into everything i do and i do it with immense passion and drive to accomplish the tasks that I do to the best of my ability. I take pride in my work and always strive to do bigger and better and prove my worth. I have always believed in myself and believe that i can achieve anything that set my mind to and this echo’s into my work. Any new skills that i have been faced with, I have grasped with both hands and owned it. I am dedicated and determined and never let a skill defeat me whilst also being aware that I am not superwoman and at times may need to ask for help and I feel no shame in doing this. I feel the part of the best way to get through and perfect any work you do is to make sure you always have your team by your side and work together. Excellent communication is an absolute must and this is something i put at the top of my list. I have had experience in working with quite heavy set work loads and tight deadlines and feel confident that i am able to prioritise my workload and understand when i may need advice or support from my fellow team members or my manager. Throughout all of the roles I have worked in through my career life, i have gained extensive and varied levels of communication and customer service skills both online, over the telephone and face to face.
