Project Management and Leadership: I have successfully managed NPI projects, leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. At Price Industries., I worked closely with the Director of Program Management to develop a new line of engineered to order/build to order HVAC products into production to allow the company to develop new customers.
Process Improvement and Resource Management: My role at Hussmann Refrigeration involved developing initial project plans for new products including the Production Plan for CO2 racks, submitting capital project plans, and implementing process improvements. I have a proven track record of optimizing resource allocation and maintaining detailed project plans to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project performance.
Risk Assessment and Critical Path Management: I have developed and implemented risk assessment models to identify and mitigate project risks. My expertise in critical path management methodologies has enabled me to manage schedules, scope, and resource requirements effectively, ensuring project success and timely delivery.
Stakeholder Communication and Accountability: My ability to communicate complex project details to senior leadership and stakeholders has been instrumental in managing expectations and securing support for NPI programs. I have presented program deliverables, risks, and timing at regular program review meetings, ensuring early disclosure of risks and proactive engagement with sponsors.
Financial and Data Analysis: At Deutz Corporation, I led the Application Engineering activities to develop and onboard a new customer which has now become their biggest customer for a $25m product line. I accomplished this by working closely with Deutz’s sales team and working closely with the customer in order to meet their expectations. My analytical skills in financial modeling and budget management have been key to driving project success and achieving business objectives.
