About Me

Hello! I’m Karina , a seasoned professional with over five years of experience, spanning both Brazilian and international companies. My international career journey began in 2022, when I had the opportunity to work in European and American companies, honing my skills in customer service and executive assistance roles. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional experiences in fast-paced environments, consistently exceeding expectations, and mitigating potential risks.

My journey in customer service began as an administrative assistant intern at my university, where I facilitated communication between students and faculty, finding prompt and sustainable solutions to their concerns. Since then, I have gained valuable experience in various industries, including sales, virtual assistance, and executive support.

In my most recent role as Executive Secretary to the CEO of an American company, I utilized my organizational skills to manage the CEO’s schedule and support the company’s talent acquisition process. This experience, along with my proficiency in CRM and service desk systems, has equipped me with the tools to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, I am passionate about continuous learning and personal development. I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand my skill set and make a meaningful impact.
