About Me

Due to my background I grew up trilingual (Spanish, English and German), what benefited me professionally from the very beginning.
I have a completed commercial apprenticeship diploma, as a retail saleswoman, in which I learned to deal with difficult customers, solve problems, work in a service oriented manner. Work experience 9 years.
I am about to end my second vocational training (June) as a commercial assistant specialized in foreign languages (business sector) the focus consists in: handling national and international correspondence, creating invoices, write letters, emails and reports but also appointment management, travel management, looking after customers/clients and guests, this in 3 different languages (German, Spanish and English) with an completed internship to collect some experience.
