Experienced and skilled IT Technologist providing high quality customer service for timely responses to in-person & Help Desk IT requests. Skilled in procuring, installing and maintaining hardware and software for computers (PCs & laptops), servers, mobile devices, A/V equipment, printers and network infrastructure. Proficient in MS Office including 365, MS Windows 7, 10, 11, and Server. Experience with iOS, Meraki & cloud based systems. Responsible for hundreds of computers/devices across multiple sites.

Help Desk remote and in-person technical support
Routine tracking, follow-up, resolution and documentation of Help Desk IT issues
Installing, relocation, configuring PCs and other peripheral devices
Routine maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, servers & other peripherals
Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, applications, and software
Active directory tasks, including activating new users, password resets and group policy
Network administration including LAN, WAN, WLAN & Windows Server management
Working with vendors for both installation and maintenance of equipment
Collaborating with a team of IT professionals, ensuring successful completion of all projects
Proving afterhours on-site support as needed for projects & server maintenance
