About Me

I currently reside in Cyprus and open to work. I have varios of different experiences such as working in finance, education system, customer support/onboarding as well as being a quality analyst for a well known company in the UK.

I am fluent in Turkish and English and feel comfortable using both to assist customers accurately and timely. I am extermely independ to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary! I have a high attention to detail and have high organisational skills to accurately keep records and transactions.
