I consider myself to be a tech savvy person due to the time I have spent in architecture learning different software programs to draft buildings and also from my time at working as an agent at ibex Global where I had to learn multiple tools to assist customers with their issues that they call in about. I also enjoy learning new things and solving problems that come my way. I am also a empathetic and kind hearted person that loves to help others in need and resolve issues that persons may need assistance with.
