• Designed and implemented an application used by the pharmaceutical telesales team to receive orders from customers and send them directly to ERP Protheus. At that time, more than 1 million reais had already been sold through the application. It was developed using NextJS on the frontend and Django on the backend.
• Automated the calculation of bonuses for all the company’s departments, drastically reducing the time it takes to submit payroll from days to a few hours and also reducing the number of calculation errors. It was done through a Django application which was fully integrated with the ERP system.
• Worked with other departments, such as logistics, finance, accounting, sales and human resources, with a focus on understanding their needs and finding opportunities to improve the ERP system.

• Developed reports using Crystal Reports and complex SQL queries to retrieve data from Microsoft SQL Server databases and turn into readable and meaningful information.
• Gave support to all the company’s departments on how to use the ERP System, found and solved bugs on the system’s routines.
