Account Executive at Ottimate in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Drive success of the company’s goals.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Develop and deliver customized sales presentations.
• Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics.
• Collaborate effectively and engage various resources.
• Participate in industry events and networking activities.
• Provide regular feedback to the product team.
• Maintain detailed records in Salesforce.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Stay informed about competitor products.
• Train and mentor SDRs and Associate AEs.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in an Account Executive role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Experience managing a Mid-Market sales cycle.
• Ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Proven ability to develop and negotiate contracts.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
