Responsibilities:
- Own business plan for a defined territory.
- Upsell and cross-sell within an existing client base.
- Build and maintain a pipeline that is 3x quota.
- Manage full sales-cycle, including contract generation.
- Prioritize opportunities for the best client experience.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan.
- Use Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B quota-carrying sales experience.
- Previous experience selling in the automotive industry.
- Proven over-achievement in past sales roles.
- High drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication skills for all meeting types.
- Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office suite.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in teams.
