Responsibilities:
- Extract and input accounting data in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate with clients daily via email.
- Process journal entries to record business transactions.
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and financial statements.
- Update financial data to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Reconcile bank accounts and match transactions.
- Flag unmatched or stale dated transactions for follow-up.
- Perform low-complexity tasks for rent invoice posting and cash application.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year in AP/AR roles.
- Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Intermediate knowledge of English.
