Bilingual Support Engineer at Instructure in Canada Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Use knowledge-based support platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues.
• Multitask and prioritize tasks with long-term projects.
• Implement resolution plans for technical problems.
• Assist with new feature specification and testing.
• Handle technical requests from internal departments.
• Suggest product improvements based on feedback.
• Identify and evaluate support process improvements.
• Monitor system logs and write documentation.
• Provide French translations of documents as needed.
• Participate in out-of-hours meetings with global teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years as a support engineer.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
• BSc in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments.
• Experience with bash scripting, XML, and Java.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar systems.
