Responsibilities:
- Handle 100-150 customer inquiries per shift.
- Engage in inbound and outbound calls to build relationships.
- Anticipate customer needs and gather feedback proactively.
- Devise creative solutions and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist customers with managing their Blue Apron accounts.
- Maintain product expertise to guide customers effectively.
Requirements:
- Skilled in managing high volumes of inquiries.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship-building and de-escalation.
- Proficient in navigating software and ticketing platforms.
- Accountable for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends.
