Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Lead at WorkMotion in Spain Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of BDRs.
• Ensure the BDR team meets or exceeds pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for lead handovers.
• Work with Sales Enablement on tools and resources.
• Provide strategic insights and feedback to marketing teams.
• Track and report on BDR performance metrics.
• Analyse and optimise outbound outreach strategies.
• Engage in daily outbound activities to stay current.
• Facilitate continuous training on sales techniques.
• Implement and refine outbound outreach processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Campaign Managers for lead generation.
• Align with sales operations and marketing for campaign execution.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Leadership experience is ideal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proactive approach to prospecting and outreach.
